Vardan Ghukasyan’s spokesman didn’t deny the news of lands for sale

And in response to the question whether Vardan Ghukasyan traded in lands recently or not, Lilit Aghekyan responded: “The head of the community has the right to put the lands to auction and sell. Alienation of lands is also in the functions of any City Hall. What’s terrible in it?”
Note, that today “Hraparak” Daily published a letter, which particularly reads, “Gyumri Mayor Vardanik, knowing, that he won’t be Mayor anymore, began to sell all the lands of the city with minor prices.
