It’s a cynic lie: Gyumri City Hall

Gyumri City Hall spread a press release, which particularly reads:
"The recent rumors spread in press, that equipment, carpets, furniture are being taken away from Gyumri City Hall is a cynic lie.
"Take away" obsession is typical of worshipers of other moral norms.
We can state for sure, that such rumors are put into circulation by “names”, created for one-day life.
It is surprising, that media promotes the products of “factories” which release unhealthy ideas and , don’t know why, release that rumors in websites and newspapers.
Not an item has been moved in Gyumri City Hall, and it continues its normal work.
Gyumri Mayor's team, transfer the city and the City Hall building, built, as they say “under key” , to the successors, planning to realize again the unfinished projects concerning Gyumri.
