We are unable to take quick advantage of scientific achievements

Apres Zohrabyan writes on his Facebook page:
"Indeed, we are unable to take a quick advantage of scientific achievements. It’s been two years that scientists have found the world's oldest shoe in Armenia, but the applied souvenir-shoe, in resemblance with the found, has not yet appeared in tourist attractions shops. I’m waiting for a year, if there is nobody to produce, I’m starting a clog production, with which, in the beginning, I’ll provide about 100 employees and the circulation of former “Masis” shoe factory.”
