Candidate blackmailed at Police department?

Today Lurer.com received an alarm, that relations have aggravated in Spandaryan village between the current community head Vaghinak Baghdasaryan’s supporter Tigran Petrosyan (Artik City Police Chief) and PAP village head candidate Edik Kurghinyan. According to the information spread by latter’s surrounding the Police Chief, he calls not to vote for Kurghinyan by intimidation and abuse of official position by terrorizing people.
In this connection Lurer.com talked to candidate Kurghinyan to find out in detail what’s going on and whether Artik City Police Chief exceeds his powers.
But Edik Kurghinyan a while ago denied both this news and the information given by him to other medias. “I don’t have any problems with the Police Chief,” he announced adding: “This is a village, this is free Armenia, one shouldn’t terrify people, this is not a city.”
Then he again stated that he doesn’t have any problems with the Police Chief: “He personally didn’t say anything to me.” To our question isn’t there any problem in the rally, he replied: “What I said, I repeat once more, I don’t have problems with him.”
After our conversation the same sources again called, this time informing that at the moment Edik Kurghinyan is in the Artik Police Chef’s study and replied to our call from the Police.
A while ago we have been informed that Kurghinyan left the department after a few hours.
