Samvel Balasayan launched his campaign earlier?

Today the press released Gyumri candidate Samvel Balasayan’s nickname- “Pumpkin flower”. Responding to this Balasanyan’s press speaker Zohrap Yeganyan said in an interview with Lurer.com: "It’s the result of someone's imagination or misinformation: there is no such a thing. I just think, that drenching the press with such nicknames isn’t really honorable.”
In response to the question how they will comment on the fact that they’ve started the compaign a day earlier, and that even ARF Hovsep Simonyan regarded it as incorrect, Zohrap Yeganyan replied: “The only aim of that meetings has been the negotiation of the formulating electoral program, that is, professionals of separate fields expressed their opinions. Such meetings took place as with the responsibles of the field of sport, as well as with representatives of NGOs. The only aim of all that has been the more viable formulation of the electoral program.”
“It has not been a campaign, we haven’t carried out any campaign,” added the spokesman.
