Harsnakar case sent to court

Investigation on criminal case launched against the 6 defendants which severely beat V.Avetyan, A.Bayadyan, G.Soghomonyan, E.Nikoyan and A.Aghajanyan at Harsnakar restaurant complex is over in General Investigation Department of Police under RA Government. The Attorney confirmed the indictment.
Based on the obtained evidence by investigation, following turned out:
RA MD Central Military Garrison Hosptal doctor Vahe Avetyan, doctor of surgical department of the same hospital Artak Bayadyan, clinical intern Garik Soghomonyan, their friends Edgar Nikoyan and Arkadi Aghajanyan on June 17, 2012 celebrated Arkadi Aghajanyan’s birthday in Arzni. Then for the purpose of listening to the music and continuing the feast with Vahe Avetyan’s offer they went to the open-air hall of Harsnakar restaurant complex on Acharyan 37, Yerevan.
In the restaurant waiter D.Adamyan, which is known as Alik, told Vahe Avetyan that entrance in sportswear is prohibited. The latter went home, changed his clothes and returned. When the same waiter approached their table, Vahe Avetyan asked him whether it was allowed to enter restaurant on hat or not, as a result of which dispute has arisen. For the purpose to continue the dispute D.Adamyan at about 10.30 pm invited Vahe Avetyan to the restaurant’s yard – to the left side entrance of the summer hall, where they beat on him on the face. Then the restaurant complex workers G.Margaryan, A.Babloyan, A.Khachatryan, N.Hayrapetyan, A.Baghdasaryan joined the debaters and for the purpose to settle the matter accompanied Vahe Avetyan and his friends Artak Bayadyan, Garik Soghomonyan, Edgar Nikoyan and Arkadi Aghajanyan to the parking garage of the restaurant complex yard, where with the joint intention beat Vahe Avetyan, Artak Bayadyan, Garik Soghomonyan, Arkadi Aghajanyan and Edgar Nikoyan.
According to forensic examination Vahe Avetyan was caused numerous bodily injuries, which carelessly caused severe damage to his health and on June 29, 2012 entailing to the latter’s death.
They intentionally caused average damage to the health of Artak Bayadyan and Garik Soghomonyan with a long-term health decay, and as a result of beating bodily injuries weren’t caused to Arkadi Aghajanyan and Edgar Nikoyan.
Based on the acquired proof G.Margaryan, D.Adamyan, A.Babloyan, A.Baghdasaryan, A.Khachatryan and N.Hayrapetyan were charged with, Article 112, Part 2 (sections 6 and 14), Article 113, Part 2 (sections 1 and 3) and Article 118 of RA Criminal Code.

Criminal case is sent to the Yerevan’s Avan and Nor Nork administrative court for detailed examination.
On 08.08.2012 decision has been made on separating the part on people which participated in the crime and the identity of which hasn’t been found out yet. Investigative and operative-investigative measures on criminal case are underway.
