Israeli Information and Diaspora Minister arrives on official visit to Armenia

Information and Diaspora Minister of Israel Yuli-Yoel Edelstein is arriving on an official visit to Armenia from August 23-26, during which some working contracts are going to be signed between the two countries. He plans to hold several working meetings and will make a tour of Armenia. Yuli-Yoel Edelstein and the accompanying delegation will stay in Armenia till Sunday then to leave for Georgia.
During his visit, a concert with the participation of Israeli and Armenian singers will be held. Head of the Jewish community of Armenia Rima Varzhapetyan said the Minister will lay a wreath at the monuments to the victims of the Armenian Genocide and Holocaust.
Within the framework of visit presentation of the book “Jewish community in Armenia” will be held on August 24 dedicated to 20th anniversary.
