The Norway Court pleaded guilty Anders Breivik and sentenced him to 21 years of imprisonment. The online translation was provided by Russia 24 channel, reports Lenta.ru.
21 years is the maximum term set by the Norwegian law. Breivik can be kept under strict control, if decision will be made, that he’s dangerous for the society. If court deemed Breivik insane, it would have forced them to take immediate treatment. Breivik and his barristers did their best to deem him insane.
Breivik will pass his sentence in Norway “Ila” prison, where special conditions have been created for him. The terrorist has been given 3 rooms (bedroom, study, gym) and a small concrete yard.
To note, Breivik killed 77 and injured 242 people in Utoya island in Olso on July 22, 2011.
