RA Ambassador to Syria: there is no need to make undue noise

Last hours alarming information appeared in media according to which Syrian rebels officially threatened the Armenian population living there. Accordingly the opposition blamed the Armenians in “Cooperation with Asaad and participating in actions that caused murders”, “providing military assistance to the Syrian regime” and threatened with disaster and destruction.
Lurer.com contacted RA Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Syria Arshak Poladyan, which informed that at the moment the Embassy is trying to clarify the information and later information will be received from RA MFA. “This is a sensitive issue and there is no need to make undue noise,” urged the Ambassador.
