Nikol Pashinyan: When are you going to provide free computers to 1st grade learners?

On August 24 NA ANC faction MP Nikol Pashinyan has addressed the following written inquiry to the Government:
To RA Prime Minister
Tigran Sargsyan

Mr. Sargsyan,
According to the Article 105 of the "Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly" law, I address the following question to the Government.
“3.2.3. Education and science” chapter of Government Action Plan (adopted by NA plenary session on 21.06.2012), reads the following (I quote):
-each 1st grade learner is to be provided by a free computer (end of quote).
Mr. Sargsyan,
When and how are the first grade learners of 2012-13 academic year going to be provided with the promised free computers? Can you guarantee that the first grade students of 2012-13 academic year will receive the promised computers until the resignation of your Government marked by the Part 4 of Article 55 of RA Constitution.

Pashinyan has sent a similar inquiry to the Minister of Education and Science, Armen Ashotyan, which particularly reads: “Mr. Ashotyan, what measures have you taken towards providing the first graders of 2012-13 academic year with the promised computers?” The Minister of Education and science has to reply to the enquiry within 10 days, and the Prime Minister is to reply at the NA- Government question & answer of the Fall session of NA.
