PD former head’s 2-month arrest remains unchanged

Today the RA Court of Criminal Appeals upheld the decision of the court of Yerevan Kentron and Nork-Marash administrative districts (made on August 8), on choosing a 2-month arrest for Samvel Hovhannisyan, the former head of Penitentiary Institutions’ Department of RA Ministry of Justice. As Fastinfo news agency reports, the case was being investigated at the court, based on the appeal of the defendant.
Note, that S. Hovhannisyan is accused of planning the murder of a convict through other convicts.
