“Zhamanak”: Vardan Ghuksayan’s stipulation is profitable for RPA

After having failed in NA elections, it turned out that RPA is to adopt a new strategy in Gyumri. Everyone is aware of the conflict between Martun Grigoryan and Vardan Ghukasyan. According to the information of the newspaper Vardan Ghukasyan agreed not to be nominated for the stipulation that Martun Grigoryan wasn’t nominated either.
This stipulation is somehow profitable for RPA, first by this to make clear for Gagik Tsarukyan that even inside his party he has problem to make sovereign decisions and second, by nomination of this candidate RPA frees from the conflict Vardan Ghuksyan-Martun Grigoryan that intends to deepen.
