On August 24 at night VAZ-21011 vehicle belonging to Levon Khachatryan, born in 1989, had gone off the road on Ranchpar-Masis highway and fell into the canal. As a result the driver and the passenger Artash Avetisyan, born in 1977, died on the spot.
Investigation is underway.
