Court justified Garry Kasparov

On August 24 Khamovnichi intermunicipal court justified former GM, oppositional Garry Kasparov, which was accused of violating social order at Pussy Riot band’s trial, reports RAPSI.
To note, Kasparov has been arrested at the court entrance. According to the policemen, he was crying some mottos. Later, criminal case was launched based on Article KoAP 20.2 .
The court justifies Kasparov, informing that there is not any circumstantial evidence in oppositional Garry Kasparov’s actions.
Clarifying its decision, it informed that testimonies of journalist-witnesses are more than convincing, and photos and videos prove the GM’s innocence.
