What measures will PAP take to change the PM?

At today's press conference RA NA MP, PAP spokesman Tigran Urikhanyan announced: “We are for changing the head of the Government.”
In response to Lurer.com's question, what measures PAP applies towards that, the spokesman responded: “The best way to implement changes is certainly election, and it’s going to remain unchanged, because we know very well how a Prime Minister is appointed in RA. But I hope time will come, when the reason wins, and all the political forces will accept our proposal or claim. Logic and measures, within the frames of ethics in political processes, will be applied, and most importantly, alternative proposals, legislative initiatives and steps, intended to obvious changes."
