Two young people were taken to hospital with gunshot injuries

On August 25 shots have been fired in the region of Kotayk. At about 21:10 , Armenia medical center alarmed Police Nairi Department, that 2 young people have been brought with gunshot injuries.
As Shamshyan.com reports, Police Kotayk Regional Department operative team, headed by Grisha Badalyan, went to the hospital. The operative team found out, that the young people are residents of Ashtarak City- 42 year-old Vardan Avetisyan and 24 year-old Shavarsh Petrosyan.
G. Shamshyan reports, that Vardan received a gunshot injury to the left sacral region of pelvis, and Shavarsh- to the area of left thigh. Officers of Nairi Police Department revealed, that the mentioned people have received gunshot injuries by yet unknown people, on the 7th km of Yerevan-Ashtarak highway. Samvel Asatryan, the Deputy head of Police Criminal Investigations Main Department, also arrived at the site.
Concerning the fact, materials are being prepared in Nairi Investigative Department of Kotayk Regional Investigative Unit of Police Main Investigative Department.
The investigative team has found fired bullet-capsules at the scene. Examination has been appointed, after which it will be clear what kind of gun has fired the shots.
