Demand for resignation of RA Attorney General, Police Chief and head of Main Investigation Department of RA Police

“The investigative body and Attorney General’s Office did their best not to reveal the crime, to patronize Ruben Hayrapetyan, not to reveal arguments substantiating his participation in the crime. RA law enforcement agencies including The Police, Main Investigation Department of Police and Attorney General’s Office removed themselves from the Constitution and appear as non-legal institutions… I apply to all the citizens, NGOs, political forces to join and entirely reveal this crime. We demand to include in NA agenda issue to dismiss RA Attorney General, Police Chief and Head of Main Investigation Department of Police,” announced member of the initiative group “We demand to punish all the culprits of Harsnakar incident” Zaruhi Hovhannisyan in an interview with reporters.
Next speaker of the press conference, member of “Vahe Avetyan” social movement Larisa Alaverdyan particularly stated: “To endure these sadists means to define criminal categories.” According to member of the same movement Garegin Chuqaszyan instead of witnessing crime detection we come across commitment of the second crime. We see this is crime with apparent cynicism. This shows the depth of justice crisis in the society and its incompatibility with fundamental freedom and right of the state.”
