Vanadzor mayor calls to refrain from propaganda provocations

Vanadzor mayor candidate Samvel Darbinyan’s campaign headquarter released a statement, which particularly reads:
“Some episodes of coming mayor and members of council of elders elections in Vanadzor on September 9 found a broad response in Armenia’s mass medias. Particularly there is some information, according to which rally campaign posters of some candidates have been torn. An inadequate incident was registered from the point of view of civil campaign.”
Such unaccepted mechanisms have been applied also against mayor candidate Samvel Darbinyan, prevention of which the HQ of the mayor candidate has realized independently, without letting know the law enforcement officials. Unfortunately, mania of some people to damage somehow the opponents obstacles the universal norms of fair competition and political struggle.
Samvel Darbinyan’s campaign headquarter calls all the candidates for mayor and member of council of elders refrain from propaganda provocations and turn to rules of political fair struggle. On September 9 Vanadzor residents are going to vote not for provocateurs, those who struggle against political posters but for the candidate which presented realistic programs to ease their concerns.”
