“Hraparak”: Pre-election shots in Gyumri

Again pre-election shots were heard in Gyumri. According to the newspaper’s information shots were heard in Gyumri’s “railway” district. The name of Gyumri mayor Vardan Ghukasyan’s son Spartak is again being circulated, which a few days before was back from Russia.
The newspaper reports, that according to the circulating information in the city, Spartak had an argument with some guys of the district, which support mayor candidate Samvel Balasanyan, after which shots were heard. Shirak Region Police Chief Karen Babakekhyan confirmed this information, but refused to mention any names or details. He just stated, that circumstances of the incident are being clarified, and there are no killed or injured.
