“Hraparak”: Gagik Tsarukyan lays down 2 conditions before Serzh Sargsyan

PAP head Gagik Tsarukyan, which was back on Sunday, met Masis PAP active and talked not only on Masis City mayor elections but also on the coming presidential elections.
