Vardan Ghukasyan’s guard member arrested?

On the case of beating and shooting a suspect has been arrested yesterday, which is one of Gyumri mayor Vardan Ghukasyan’s security workers – Harutyun Hambaryan, reports Fastinfo agency from a reliable source.
Note, on August 24 around 10.30 pm shots were heard in front of a café on Sayat-Nova and Rustaveli crossroad in Gyumri City, rudely violating the social order and displaying outward impolite attitude, instigated an argument, beat each other, during which shots were also heard.
According to the command of Shirak Region’s Attorney Genaral a criminal case is launched based on characters of RA Criminal CodeArticle 258, Part 4 and Article 235, Part I - Illegal procurement, transportation, keeping or carrying of weapons, explosives or explosive devices.
