Vardan Ghukasyan’s son wanted

Police Media Department did not deny the news of Vardan Ghukasyan’s son’s participation in the shots’ incident in Gyumri, two days ago. According to the data of lurer.com, measures are being initiated towards finding Spartak Ghukasyan.
Note that the police officer told in the interview with Lurer.com, that at present there is an arrestee- Harutyun Hambaryan , who is at arrestees’ division of Police Akhuryan Department at the moment. According to the reliable data of Lurer.com, the latter is a friend of Gyumri Mayor Vardan Ghukasyan’s family.
Note, that on August 24, at about 22.30, in front of a café on the intersection of Sayat-Nova and Rustaveli streets of Gyumri, a group of people, grossly violating public order and displaying blatant disrespect towards society, have provoked a quarrel, beat each other, during which, also, shots have been fired.
According to the circulating news in Gyumri, the incident took place because of one of the electoral meetings of Gyumri Mayor candidate Samvel Balasanyan. Gyumri Mayor Vardan Ghukasyan’s son, Spartak, with his relatives blamed that way Gyumri people for participating in the meeting with Balasanyan.
Until the confirmation of police, minutes ago Ghukasyan’s press secretary Lilit Aghekyan, in the interview with lurer.com, considered “incorrect” the question, whether Spartak Ghukasyan was out of Armenia before the incident or after, however, claiming, that Vardan Ghukasyan’s son has not been in Armenia on the day of the incident.
