The newspaper reported yesterday, that Chief of Staff of Ministry of Transport and Communication Vahe Jilavyan was dismissed and was to be appointed deputy Minister of Diaspora, and vice-president of Anania Shirakaci college Khachik Hakobyan was going to be appointed Minister of Environmental Protection.
Yesterday the commands were published. By the way, Jilavyan was from Tigran Sargsyan’s cadres, with which Gagik Beglaryan refused to work. Whereas it’s known that the PM works through Chiefs of Staff and appoints them.
