"No, we should finally get rid of these authorities, they don’t work well, not only they don’t work well, but they work very bad.
Hey authorities! Attach an experienced pedagogue to every family, to bring up children instead of their parents; our society will be full of complete and well-bred citizens. It won’t be bad if they took care of the parents as well…
Can you imagine what a well-organized traffic we will have, if a traffic police officer is attached to every pedestrians and driver, not to let any violation, and the one who violates will be fined right at the place.
How about thieves, hooligans, drug addicts? Is it hard to understand, that each one of them should be attached an officer? Do it, and see if there’ll be any crime. Otherwise, you are hoping that citizens, the society is to help you.
Yerevan is not a big city like new-yorks, parises, and moscows. It has a population of just 1 million. Do you imagine how the city would be clean if each one is attached a cleaner, a scavenger car? Citizens will easily litter- they won’t suffer by throwing tobacco remains, bottles and the garbage in the trash bins on a few meters. They’ll easily litter, will throw the garbage wherever is possible. The cleaners will immediately clean and the problem is solved. We should think about people, about the citizen of Yerevan…
One more hint to the authorities. It will be very good to attach an inspector to every doctor, condominium worker, teacher, lecturer…to everyone…humanitarian feelings, professional, civic sense of duty will immediately rise in them. Look what a cognizant, educated, intelligent, humane , polite, with active civil position citizens and society we will have. Otherwise you are hoping that everyone is to realize all this as a human, citizen and a professional. Aren’t you sorry for them? Then what are the authorities for?
