Barn roof caves in at Tavush Region: one died

on August 30 at 9:18am information was received, that the rooftop of a barn in Tavush village of Tavush Region had collapsed. Commander of Berd City Fire and Rescue Squad headed to the scene of the incident.
It was found out on location that the roof had tumbled down while renovations were underway in the barn. As a result, residents Ashot Smbatyan, 81, and Aghavni Petrosyan, 75, sustained different-degree injuries and were transferred to Berd Medical Center, where Smbatyan lost his life, MES press service informs.
Doctors say Petrosyan is in satisfactory condition.
