New details from Akhtala: what’s the reason of attack on Khachikyan family? (photos)

Akhtala City mayor Haykaz Khachikyan, which is also nominated for the local self-government elections on September 9, yesterday around 5.20 pm left the City Hall and in his official Mercedes car and drove to the yard of Spandaryan 19, Svinets district where his apartment is located.
Hetq.am informs, that after parking the car Khachikyan went to his parents’ garden. According to the neighbors, around 6.00 pm Arsen Chitchyan, Akhtala Enrichment Plant Security Officer, his cousin and resident of Shochkan village Edmon Gigolyan, which were drunk, fired shots to Haykaz Khachikyan’s brother Karen Khachikyan’s apartment windows. The latters also broke mayor’s official car’s windscreen, then they entered mayor’s brother’s Karen Khachikyan’s apartment and totally clashed the furniture.
The Police operational investigative group of Lori arrived at the scene. Karen Khachikyan’s apartment is currently under control.
Likewise infringement was committed by Arsen Chitchyan also on January 3. According to the circulating rumors of the city, Arsen Chitchyan accuses Haykaz Khachikyan of imprisonment of Serob Ter-Poghosyan, former director of the ore mining and processing enterprise, convicted for pedophilism and tries to revenge from the mayor. Chitchyan now is also in good relations with Serob Ter-Poghosyan, which is currently in jail, and received some powers connected with activity of mining and processing enterprise.
