Gazprombank meets RA PM

Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan received the delegation of Gazprombank headed by Deputy Chairmаn of the Management Board Nikolay Korenev.
Welcoming the guests, Premier expressed hope that such meetings will contribute to deepening of bilateral cooperation and development of joint projects in banking sphere.
Nikolay Korenev said the bank plans to expand activities in Armenia. In his turn, Premier Sargsyan noted this fact will contribute to the growth of competition in Armenia’s banking system and development of this sector.
They discussed the areas of bilateral cooperation, in particular economic and trade programs developed by Armenian-Russian Intergovernmental Economic Commission, the development prospects of Yerevan-based Nairit chemical plant.
Premier and Deputy Chairmаn of the Gazprombank management board also discussed issues related to programs within the Armenian-Russian interregional forum and possible involvement of the Gazprombank.
