Sweden’s MFA Carl Bildt on Twitter social network wrote: “A strange decision made by Azerbaijan, to pardon a person, who axed an Armenian in Hungary. Rule of law should be applied.”
Note, Bildt has about 150 thousand subscribers on the website.
As Lurer.com reported before, Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev by his decree pardoned Ramil Safarpv, which in 2004 axed Armenia’s officer Gurgen Margaryan in Budapest after he was extradited from Hungary.
