Safarov’s pardoning arises anger of USA Congressman

The USA congressman Adam Shif appeared with an announcement on Ramil Sfarov’s pardon:
“I’m seriously concerned learning Ramil Safarov’s extradition and pardoning, which killed Armenia’s officer Gurgen Margaryan. Both Hungary, where Safarov has been sentenced to life in prison and Azerbaijan have to explain to the public on the terrible failure of justice. This is a terrible solution in the case when the murderer confessed his crime,” Adam Shif said.
