What’s the reason of RA President Serzh Sargsyan’s inaction?

Today the letter of “Armenian National Autonomy of Hungary” was spread addressed to RA President Serzh Sargsyan, the content and originality of which was confirmed by vice chairman of “Armenian National Autonomy of Hungary” Nikoghos Hakobyan.
“The news of Safarov’s extradition to Azerbaijan by Hungary on August 20 has been informed 11 days before to RA MFA, Ministry of Diaspora and Austria’s RA Embassy personally by vice chairman of “Armenian National Autonomy of Hungary” Nikoghos Hakobyan and asked RA to take immediate measures to prevent Hungary’s final decision to announce that, unfortunately everything was unsuccessful. It’s desirable to find out what was the reason that learning the news 11 days before, he didn’t undertake anything and didn’t provide any help to Hungarian-Armenians. After having struggled for eight years Armenian National Autonomy of Hungary realized, that Azerbaijani lobby is so big in Hungary, that RA diplomatic interference is needed to prevent the problem,” the letter reads.
