Enemy’s continuous aggressive behavior won’t remain unanswered. Bako Sahakyan

On September 3, President of Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan convened a Security Council session, and the main point on agenda was devoted to the issue of handing over and immediately releasing the criminal, who insidiously axed Armenian officer.
Bako Sahakyan stated in his speech that this criminal transaction could not but cause deep resentment among all the Armenians, including in Artsakh. According to the head of the country, the happened reflects the vile moral and political atmosphere in Azerbaijan, which is the continuation of fascist ideology and genocide. It is a most gross violation of democratic principles and human rights and should definitely be condemned by the civilized world.
Bako Sahakyan considered this monstrous step as a major blow to the process of negotiation and to the mediation mission of the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairing countries. President emphasized that such actions taken by the enemy, his continuous aggressive behavior cannot and will not remain unanswered.
In this context, the President has given appropriate instructions to the Ministries of Defense and Foreign Affairs, and other interested bodies.
Security Council session has also discussed the eight-month economic indicators of 2012. Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan and other officials as well were invited to the session.
