The information spread by the Azerbaijani media about the alleged capture of Mekhakavan (Jabrayil) is an absolute lie, having nothing to do with reality, Artsakh president’s spokesperson Vahram Poghosyan wrote on his Facebook.

"The Defense Army controls the situation in all directions, failing all offensive operations of the enemy," he added.
