It’s high time to list the recognition of Nagorno Karabagh on the agenda: Styopa Safaryan

Lurer.com addressed the question to the Secretary General of “Heritage” party Styopa Safaryan- Is it possible for the party to initiate the legislative recognition of RNK? Is it an appropriate time for that initiative? This is also the result of non-recognition and in more complex situations, like in the Kosovo independence, in adopting the decision of the International Court in the Hague.
Now, yes, albeit belated, but I think now it’s high time to list the recognition on the agenda and recognize the issue of Nagorno Karabagh.”
In response to the journalist's observation, whether the meeting of factions is possible in the close future or not, Safaryan noted, that he can’t say anything. "It is an issue that should be discussed within the party and, therefore, it’s still not possible to answer, but the fact, that the bill on recognition of Nagorno-Karabakh remains on the agenda of “Heritage”, there is no doubt in it," he concluded.
