How the memory of Gurgen Margaryan is kept alive

"Is the fact, that Gurgen Margaryan’s brother Vahram is rotting in the jail already about a year, is another manifestation of authorities to keep his memory alive? Is Vahram accused of murder by keeping Gurgen’s memory alive? And the only person testifying against him is the famous Frangulyan.
Tomorrow is the next trial of this case, when we speak of not desecrating Gurgen’s memory, releasing or not releasing Safarov and justice?
