“Haykakan Zhamanak”: Ramil Safarov and Ruben Hayrapetyan on NA special session

RA NA will convene an special session tomorrow to discuss the created situation on Ramil Safarov’s extradition to Azerbaijan by Hungary and Ilham Aliyev’s granting pardon. Appropriate decision was made yesterday at NA Speaker Hovik Abrahamyan’s consultation, after which signature gathering on convening an extraordinary session began, at least 44 signatures were needed.
NA plans to release a statement. Hovik Abrahamyan is to publish also ARP member Ruben Hayrapetyan’s application of resignation, which he presented after death of military doctor Vahe Avetyan at Harsnakar restaurant complex. If Hayrapetyan doesn’t take it back, on September 21 it’ll be signed.
