The Turkish-Azerbaijani tandem has been in international isolation

Having suffered indescribable losses and been defeated in the zone of the Artsakh-Azerbaijan conflict, the failures of the Azerbaijani authorities do not end. There is another reason why official Baku has changed its rhetoric and is already talking about the need for negotiations.

EU high representative for foreign Affairs and security policy, Vice-President of the European Commission Josep Borel said that the European Union supports the resumption of negotiations on the Artsakh issue without preconditions.

The authoritative Amnesty International claims that the organization's experts in Stepanakert were able to identify the capital of Artsakh with Israeli-made cluster bombs.These bombs are prohibited under international law.

The house of representatives of the Netherlands has adopted two resolutions on Turkey. In one of the resolutions, the Parliament demands that the government, through the NATO Council, call on Turkey not to interfere in the Karabakh conflict, given that Turkey and Azerbaijan ignore the calls of the UN security Council and the European court of human rights and do not stop fighting.

On October 7, the Geneva city Council adopted a resolution condemning the military aggression of Azerbaijan, recognizing the right of the Armenians of Karabakh to self-determination and forcing them to freeze the assets of the Aliyev clan in Switzerland by 49 votes in favor, 18 abstentions and 2 against.
