"Prosperous Armenia" party leader Gagik Sargsyan Tsarukyan did not attend the NSC meeting convened by Serzh Sargsyan on August 31.
“Zhoghovurd” has tried to find out why.
PAP leader Gagik Tsarukyan’s press speaker Iveta Onoyan said "I have no information."
The newspaper reminds, that Serzh Sargsyan had convened the NSC meeting, in order to discuss the fact of moving Ramil Safarov to Azerbaijan and the decision of his release. Note, that in 2004 Azerbaijani officer Safarov has severely murdered RA military officer Gurgen Margaryan in Hungary.
