Robert Kocharyan’s belated reaction

Actions of Azerbaijan’s state agencies are not surprising. This is unpremeditated anti-Armenian expression being cherished in that country for a long time. Remember Sumgait, Armenians’ killings in Baku and “Shahid park”, which perpetuates memory of the slaughterers.
People are so filled with hatred towards Armenians that the forgot about moral limits. Decree of granting pardon a murderer is the best proof to all justifications of Artsakians to have Independence.
By the way, if it turns out from the side of Hungary that Azerbaijan really cheated official Budapest and there is no any criminal agreement, the worthiest answer of Hungarians will be recognition of NKR.
