On the night of October 18-19, besides once again violating the ceasefire agreement and launching attacks, Azerbaijan also targeted peaceful settlements and civilian objects in Artsakh. In particular, the city of Martuni as well as the communities of Urekan, Ishkhanadzor, Aygehovit and Vurgavan of Kashatagh region were shelled. Details about casualties and damage are being clarified.
