Former MFA suggests to call to recognize NKR

The first oppositional MP to speak at NA special session was Aleksan Arzumanyan from Heritage party, which suggested to call the international public to recognize NKR in response to disgraceful Hungary-Azerbaijan deal. The former MFA thinks this won’t oppose to MFA’s obligations on not taking extreme measures in negotiations. “They differ: MFA is the executive body, and NA can do this by political statement and they won’t oppose one another.”
