Minutes ago I was informed that 84-year-old Misha Melkumyan, a civilian captured by the Azerbaijani Armend Forces, has died during the night.
Taking into account all the evidence and documentation about how inhumanely and cruelly Armenian captives are treated by the Azerbaijani Armed Forces, a reasonable assumption about what could have caused our compatriot's death becomes clear.
My condolences to all the relatives of Misha Melkumyan.
