Armenia’s Court of Appeals on Criminal Affairs today rejected the formal objection by Tigran Atanesyan—representative of The Civilitas Foundation’s founder and former FM and currently Prosperous Armenia Party MP Vardan Oskanian—to the ruling by capital city Yerevan’s Kentron and Nork-Marash General Jurisdiction Court.
To note, the Kentron and Nork-Marash General Jurisdiction Court on August 18 had rejected The Civilitas Foundation’s petition to annul the decision by the National Security Service (NSS).
The Foundation had demanded that the criminal lawsuit, which NSS has filed, be dismissed.
