“Zhoghovurd”: Why wasn’t Tsarukyan present at NA special session?

PAP leader Gagik Tsarukyan didn’t participate at yesterday’s NA special session. The latter’s press speaker Iveta Tonoyan in an interview with the newspaper told, the reason was Tsarukyan’s business: “At the same hours weightlifting federation meeting was taking place and as an ANOC President he was participating in it.”
Namely the reason for not participating in NA special session was connected with that, but before the session, party session took place, where all the statements were under discussion, which the fraction MPs were to present. Mr Tsarukyan later was aware of the discussions, session process and results.
