Victor Dallakyan to replace Garnik Isagulyan at NA

Today Serzh Sargsyan signed decrees. One of the decrees is on the dismissal of G. Isagulyan from the position of RA President’s permanent representative at the National Assembly:
"Based on the 3rd point of Paragraph 16 of the Charter of the Office to the President of the Republic of Armenia, established by paragraph 1 of PD-193-P, signed by the President of the Republic of Armenia on August 17 of 2007, I declare
to dismiss Garnik Isagulyan from the position of RA President’s permanent representative at the National Assembly.
The other decree is on appointing V. Dallakyan to the position of RA President’s permanent representative at the National Assembly.
"Based on the 3rd point of Paragraph 16 of the Charter of the Office to the President of the Republic of Armenia, established by paragraph 1 of PD-193-P, signed by the President of the Republic of Armenia on August 17 of 2007, I declare.”
To appoint Viktor Dallakyan to the position of RA President’s permanent representative at the National Assembly.
