Protest in front of Hungarian Embassy in Hague

Armenian National Committee of Netherlands organized a protest against Ramil Safarov’s extradition to Azerbaijan, in front of the Hungarian Embassy in Hague. The demonstrators gathered in front of the Hugarian Embassy holding posters that read: “Hungarian justice for sale”, “oil exceeds European values”, “Hungary is hungry for ail” etc.
Demonstrators were shouting "Shame on you Hungary", "Justice for the murder of Gurgen Margaryan", "Safarov must return to prison" and other demands. At 12:30, Ambassador Sumehi received the delegation of the Armenian National Committee and presented the unacceptable view to Armenians on the fact, that Hungary hasn’t acted in accordance with international laws.
The delegation declared to Mr Ambassador, that if Hungary really regrets the happened, then it can prove it with real steps, for instance, by recognizing the independence of the Republic of Nagorno Karabagh. The Ambassador responded, that Hungary maintains neutral position and won’t interfere the conflict. The representative of the Armenian National Committee replied, that Hungary has already interfered in the conflict by this scandalous deed.
The Ambassador also promised to respond to the letter of Armenia national Committee also in a written form.
Before closing down the protest, the attendants respected the memory of martyr officer Gurgen Margaryan with 1-minute silence.
