Pursuant to Articles 106 and 107 of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) Constitution, NKR President Bako Sahakyan on Friday signed a decree on the resignation of NKR Cabinet of Ministers. But also according to the decree, the members of the Cabinet will continue to carry out their responsibilities until the formation of a new government.
