A citizen prevents circus building dismantling

At this point explosion works of the reconstructing circus building of Yerevan are in process.
As Lurer.com correspondent reports from the scene, RA citizen Karen Harutyunyan urged the police to show the respective permit for dismantling the building, but police were unable to present a document to the citizen. After that the citizen entered the circus building and refused to come out as long as the appropriate document is not shown. Now the citizen is talking to police officers in connection with this.
