Information was received on September 9 at 5.25 pm, that a citizen strangled in Kechut reservoir, Vayots Dzor Region. Rescuers’ help was needed to take the dead body out. A squad, water rescuers of rescue group were dispatched to the scene. MES informs, Arayik Mkrtchyan, born in 1952 strangled in the pond near reservoir area. Divers took out the dead body of A.Mkrtchyan.
