Raffi Hovhannisyan gives up his MP mandate

A while ago the 5th convocation of the NA autumn session began. NA Speaker Hovik Abrahamyan presented the 4-day NA agenda.
Later, PAP MP Zaruhi Postanjyan delivered her speech, which touching upon Armenian-Turkish protocols, found in the agenda said, that Azerbaijan will be against such a deal, if Turkey weren’t a patron.
“Armenian-Turkish shameful protocols are found in the agenda. We should refuse the protocols and this demand should be presented to the President,” Postanjyan concluded.
PAP MP Raffi Hovhannisyan presented his petition on putting down his deputy mandate. To note, according to NA regulation, he can take back his application, otherwise the application will be served.
