Head of Armenia’s Foreign Ministry’s Consulate department Hakob Haji-Hakobyan has been arrested September 9 on suspicion of bribery, press service of Armenian National Security Service reported.
As NSS press center informs, violating the “RA return certificate provision order”, the latter is said to demand additional payments, besides the established state fee, from citizens in foreign states.
Investigation is underway.
